2.1 TD Vision U website and all its learning contents are independent of Autodesk, Inc. and are not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Autodesk.

Any reference to Autodesk AutoCAD and its accompanying toolsets presented on this site is made recognizing this ownership. 3. Use License

3.1 By accessing this site, you acknowledge that the content and information provided are copyrighted, and the information will be used solely for the purpose of research and/or professional development.

3.2 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on TD Vision U's website for personal, non-commercial temporary viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

4.1 Certain services on this website may require payment of fees. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All prices are quoted in USD.

4.2 Refund Policy:

4.2.1 Customers are eligible for a full refund - no questions asked - if the request is made within the first 5 days of the purchase date; or within completion of the first 5 chapters of any course, whichever is first.

4.2.2 For courses that are pending or launching soon, customers are eligible for a full refund – no questions asked - if the request is made before the official launch date of the course. Once the course is launched, the standard refund policy (4.2.1) applies.

4.2.3 To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request by email at: [email protected]. The refund request must include the order number, the name of the course, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund. Refund requests made after the eligible period (4.2.1 and 4.2.2) will not be processed.

4.2.4 Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, an alternative method of refund will be arranged in communication with the customer.

4.2.5 Upon the approval of a refund request, access to the course content will be terminated immediately. Customers are responsible for saving or downloading any course materials they wish to keep before requesting a refund.

4.2.6 Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to, monthly memberships, subscription payments or brand merchandise.

4.2.7 TD Vision U reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the website.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Customers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time throughout their 12-month subscription period. Cancellation can be done directly from the student portal.

5.2 Subscriptions are automatically renewed by default. Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription if they do not wish to continue with the service.

5.3 To cancel a subscription, customers should go to the My Account/Billing/Subscription in their student portal. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it will be processed immediately, and no further charges will be applied.

5.4 Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the course content until the end of their current billing period. After the billing period ends, access to the course content will be terminated.

6. Limitations

In no event shall TD Vision U or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TD Vision U's website, even if TD Vision U or a TD Vision U authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

 

7. Revisions, Literals and Links

7.1 The materials appearing on TD Vision U's website may include technical, typographical, or photographical errors. TD Vision U does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. TD Vision U holds the right to update the material or information on its website without prior notice.

7.2 Also, TD Vision U has not reviewed all the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TD Vision U of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
